This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases of WooAI Assistant plans and onboarding services from [COMPANY LEGAL NAME].
1. Software licences & subscriptions
Subscription fees cover the current billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, paid periods already started are non-refundable.
2. One-time onboarding
One-time setup/onboarding is a service. Before work begins it is refundable in full. Once work has started, fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed, at our reasonable assessment.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law (incl. EU/Israeli consumer protection). Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, it prevails.
4. Third-party costs
AI provider, hosting, or other third-party charges are billed by those providers and are outside our refund scope.
