1. The Service
WooAI Assistant is a self-hosted WordPress plugin plus an optional managed onboarding service. The plugin runs on your infrastructure under your control.
2. Licence
Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on the site(s) covered by your plan. You may not resell or redistribute the plugin without written permission.
3. Fees
Setup and subscription fees are as described on the pricing page or your order. Third-party AI provider costs are billed by that provider directly and are your responsibility.
4. Your responsibilities
- Maintaining your WordPress, hosting, and AI provider accounts;
- Lawful use, including consumer, privacy, and AI-disclosure obligations toward your shoppers;
- Backups of your own site and data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it beyond rights granted by applicable law.
6. Warranties & disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. AI outputs may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing automated responses and configuring guardrails. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the [12] months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Term & termination
Either party may terminate per the plan terms. On termination your licence ends; self-hosted data on your server remains yours.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], courts of [VENUE].
